-Advise Customer about necessary service for routine maintenance . Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test . Follow & implement Toyota Service Advisor Steps: 1.Appointment 2.Reception 3.Writing-up repair needs. 4.Monitoring work in progress. 5.Final check for delivery. .Job explanation at delivery. 7.Post service follow-up. Ensures that customers vehicles are fixed right 1st time . Ensures that repair estimates are reasonable. Ensures that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time & estimated cost. Customer complaints handling .-Qualifications • BSC. Mechanical Engineering .
